Q - Can i send my racket(s) to you in the post?

A - I am happy for you to send me your racket(s) in the post, but you will be responsible for any postage charges (both ways) and any insurance. I will endeavour to restring your racket(s) on the same/next day that i receive them, and return them to you as soon as i am able.

Q - How long will it take for my racket to be restrung?

A - I will always try to fit in with your timescales.  I aim to restring rackets by the next day, at worst, with the majority being ready the same day, but this isn't always possible. Rackets received after 6pm will only be ready for collection the next day.

Q - Is it possible to purchase a 'premium' service and get my racket strung more quickly?

A - If i am available and don't have any other restrings to do, I'm happy to restring your racket as soon as i get it.  If  i already have rackets to restring, your racket can be the next to be done for the payment of the 'premium' fee in force at the time.
